Training challenges your body; recovery gives you room to adapt.

Why recovery belongs in the plan

Hard sessions create fatigue. Rest and lower-intensity movement can make it easier to return ready for your next workout.

Pay attention to sleep and energy

Consistent sleep opportunities and a predictable evening routine may help overall wellbeing. Avoid treating a wearable sleep score as a diagnosis.

Recognize when to ease off

Unusual or persistent pain, dizziness, illness or worsening fatigue calls for stepping back and, when appropriate, medical advice. More intensity is not always better.

Make easy days intentional

A relaxed walk, mobility practice or a full rest day can be part of training. Review weekly patterns instead of focusing only on daily achievements.
